Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Fluid Flex I for the night shift to support the fluid packaging line. You will sanitation duties, perform QA tests, operate packaging equipment, and keep accurate records per MSS and KPI boards.

Role requires teamwork, GMP compliance, attention to safety, and the ability to lift and move materials in a manufacturing environment. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Follow GMP regulations and safety guidelines.
• Be accountable to Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation duties for the fluid packaging team and record MSS tasks.
• Conduct QA tests and checks for fluid packaging areas.
• Operate and communicate through KPI board and other systems.
• Carry out tasks in packaging areas including spot-pak, box erector, and drop packer rooms.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as required.
• Assist with loading/unloading packaging carts to meet production needs.
• Support safety programs and use PPE as required.
• Maintain compliance with SQF Food Safety and Quality programs.
