Job summary

Wilson-Workforce-Solutions,-LLC seeks a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead the night shift in Olyphant, ensuring safe, efficient production and quality compliance. You will manage a team, monitor KPIs, train staff, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of GMP and 5S. A technical associate degree is preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communicator with cross-level collaboration skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Experience coordinating training and assessing employee skills.
• Solid understanding of GMP and 5S/CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night shift team, assign tasks, track performance and manage absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift quality and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate training to raise team capabilities and align with standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S within operational areas.
• Identify production issues, drive continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Coach and develop staff to support high-performance culture.
• Contribute to shift planning, evaluate performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and scheduling to maintain efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as required within the role.
