Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night shift team, assign tasks, track performance, and manage absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality, meet production goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to hit quality and delivery targets.
• Facilitate training and development to ensure team members meet operational standards.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and initiate corrective actions for deviations from standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues, promoting process improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
• Contribute to shift-level planning by evaluating performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S and CI practices in area.”,
