Job summary

Turkey Hill Dairy in Conestoga, PA is seeking a Fluid Flex I to join our packaging team. Hours 2:25pm-10:30pm, full-time, on-site position within a fast-paced facility.

You will perform sanitation, QA checks, operate packaging areas, assist with maintenance, and help meet production goals while following GMP and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate works well in a team, is 18+, and adheres to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Adhere to GMP regulations and safety guidelines.
• Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record sanitation duties for the fluid packaging team.
• Conduct QA tests and checks related to fluid packaging areas.
• Operate communication systems, KPI board, and associated software.
• Handle tasks in the spot-pak room, box erector room, and drop packer area.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Assist with loading/unloading packaging carts to meet production demands.
• Support production bottle handling discharge tables.
• Follow Safety in Motion, LOTO, PPE guidelines and use proper tools.
• Obtain and maintain required regulatory certifications.
• Contribute to Safe Quality Foods (SQF) programs and continuous improvement.
