Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a successful supervisor in a similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of the food manufacturing process.
• Basic math knowledge to include percent yields.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs operation to meet production requirements.
• Responsible for quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety of the shift.
• Completes and documents new employee training.
