Job summary

Nature's Bakery in Utah is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 25-30 person night-shift team on a 6pm–6:30am schedule, rotating 2-2-3. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while coaching operators and coordinating materials, staffing, and changeovers.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement through the site's Operating System, with HACCP and GMP awareness, along with accountability and engagement to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (3+ years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment).
• Proven leadership of manufacturing teams and direct people management experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA safety standards; HACCP proficiency required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-line teams to safely convert materials into quality products meeting specifications.
• Implement changes to methods, equipment, or systems to achieve goals with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Support Reliability and Supply Excellence pillars and maintain reliable data collection.
• Coach and develop operators, enforce safety, quality, and engagement.
