• Must have 1-3 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations and SOP adherence.
• Maintain product quality and GMP compliance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to meet production plan.
