Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage personnel and plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. You will oversee production activities, monitor costs, and train the team on safe equipment operation, reporting to the Production Manager.

The position features a 7pm to 7am rotating schedule, leading 25 team members with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing or production experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Leadership and coaching to build collaborative, results-driven teams.
• Strong focus on driving results with problem-solving and change implementation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25 team members and provide coaching to promote growth.
• Conduct floor walks and support production and quality operations.
• Act as SME for safe evacuation of products and equipment operation.
• Monitor metrics like overtime, usage, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Quality Control on quality issues and corrective actions.
• Attend safety meetings and enforce GMPs and safety policies.
• Facilitate shift transition meetings and provide back-up coverage.
• Maintain clear communication with management for efficient workflow.
