Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across 20–40 multifamily communities. You’ll lead 15–40 Service Valets, ensure on-time, safe service, and manage schedules and budgets.

You’ll use data from the iValet dashboard to drive decisions, coach your team, and resolve issues, while coordinating with the Operations Manager on staffing and costs. First-week onboarding covers day and evening trainings.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required: oversee a team in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented: manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven: strong analytical skills to interpret reports and make decisions.
• Strong communicator: clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver: quick to adapt, address issues, and find solutions.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required, ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce best practices and service standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure your team stays on track and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues that arise.
