Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across 20–40 multifamily communities. You’ll manage a team of 15 to 40 Service Valets, ensuring service runs smoothly, safely, and on time while using data to drive decisions.

This role blends hands-on supervision with administrative duties, including scheduling, timecards, audits, and coaching through regular team meetings and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing a team in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Comfort using data and reporting to drive decisions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and ensure service standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep costs within budget.
• Visit properties to review quality, complete audits, and resolve issues.
