Valet Living, LLC is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multifamily communities. You will manage 15–40 Service Valets to ensure on-time, safe, high-quality service and will use data to drive decisions and improve operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching and safety checks; conduct regular team meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and control costs.
• Visit properties to review service quality and complete audits.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely completion.
• Address resident or property concerns quickly and professionally.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet safety.
