Valet Living, LLC is seeking a Field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You will manage a team of 15 to 40 Service Valets, coach them daily, and ensure service runs safely, on time, and within budget.

The role features an evening schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–12:30 AM) with some remote administrative work. A company vehicle is provided, and onboarding includes initial field training.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work a shifted schedule including evenings.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce best practices.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor costs within budget.
• Foster accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality and complete audits, addressing issues.
