Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in building maintenance, HVAC and basic electrical/plumbing skills, can read one-line diagrams, lift 60 lbs, and work in a 3rd shift. Onsite responsibilities include safety compliance and CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of building repair, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Ability to read one line/ladder diagrams.
• Physically able to lift 60 lbs and work on a ladder.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Assist the operations team with maintenance and repair tasks.
• Replace lighting and ballasts; clean HVAC coils and replace filters/belts.
• Update work order status in the CMMS in real time.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with safety procedures.
