Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and repair work on facility systems at a Woodland, CA site on a 3rd shift schedule (Tue-Sat, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role requires 3–5 years of building maintenance experience and the ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and read diagrams.

Responsibilities include inspections, lighting replacements, HVAC coil cleaning, safety training, and updating work orders in the CMMS. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, HVAC systems, basic plumbing and basic electrical.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read and understand a one line/ladder diagram.
• Physically able to operate electric hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift heavy loads and operate a vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb a 30-foot ladder and perform frequent bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Replace lighting and ballasts.
• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts.
• Complete Hazard Assessments as necessary.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
