Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic II for our Los Angeles facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC and conveyors, to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Readable blueprints and schematics; read technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Respond to service calls via CMMS in a timely manner.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow LOTO procedures.
• Document parts used and time in CMMS; communicate status to shifts.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and coordinate with team leads.
