Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, safe medication administration, collaboration with physicians, education for patients and families, and precise EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• IV certification within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification as required for role.
• ACLS on hire or within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes.
• Provide medications and hands-on care with sound clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for care decisions.
• Educate patients and families for post-care needs.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and teamwork.
