Martins is seeking a Dough Preparation Lead to coordinate the activities of the dough preparation team across multiple shifts. The role emphasizes managing production flow, maintaining quality, and enforcing safety protocols within a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Experience in baking/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass HACCP training and competency test.
• Bilingual preferred; forklift/pallet jack experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Plan flow of materials through department and coordinate production schedules.
• Inspect samples to verify conformance to specifications.
• Direct workers in adjusting machines to repair products that fail to meet standards.
• Maintain production records and safety/quality logs.
• Train and mentor dough preparation staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and inventory management in the warehouse.
