Job summary

Martin's Family is seeking a Dough Preparation Lead in our Production department to oversee the daily operations of the dough prep area. You will coordinate workers, manage machine setup, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Your role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety and HACCP protocols, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to sustain efficient production and product excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience in baking or manufacturing.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jack.
• Pass Food Safety HACCP training and competency test.

Responsibilities

• Plan flow of materials through department according to work orders.
• Inspect, measure, and sample product to verify specifications.
• Direct workers in machine adjustments to repair products.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Maintain production records and safety/quality documentation.
• Coordinate repair work with maintenance and ensure clean work areas.
