Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, ratios, and measurements).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in a structured environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, control, and shut down baking and mixing equipment safely.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients according to formulas and production specifications.
• Monitor dough consistency and adjust as needed.
• Follow baking procedures, including mix times, temperatures, and product specs.
• Perform and document pre-operational inspections.
• Maintain accurate production and ingredient records.
• Ensure setup, teardown, and changeovers between production runs.
• Follow HACCP, CGMP, and safety guidelines.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with Line Leads and other team members.
• Assist with additional production tasks.
