WasteFree is seeking a District Manager to oversee collections with a required pickup truck. This part-time management role emphasizes leadership of the Collection Specialists who report to you.

You will guide them, provide support, and lead by example to empower the team. Candidates must have supervisory experience, own a pickup truck, valid license and insurance, smartphone, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work nights from 8:00pm to 1:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional other

Qualifications

• Must have own pickup truck for trash collection.
• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance with your name listed.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must have a full-time job.
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and go up and down multiple flights of stairs, as well as walk distances.
• Ability to work in ALL weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing Collection Specialist candidates and training new hires.
• Conducting "Audits", and "Redundant Routes" on your communities.
• Keeping up with call-ins/callouts and clock-ins/clock-outs.
• Collecting and reporting violation data and holding employees responsible for violations.
• Nightly correspondence with staff.
• Troubleshooting any issues that come up during service.
• Running service as needed.
• Daily meeting(s) and/or phone call(s) with Supervisor
• Monitoring and Reporting Collection Specialists work.
• Conducting/Completing Property Profiles.
• Sunday afternoon check-ins with Employees.
• Submitting Nightly Report.
