Job summary

Support Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Dyersburg, TN for a full-time night shift (12 AM–8 AM). The role involves supporting individuals with disabilities, providing personal care, community integration, and documentation.

Weekend hours may be included, with weekly pay and a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks while complying with training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record throughout employment.
• Pass state/local background checks and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Help individuals achieve ISP goals and participate in community activities.
• Provide safe transportation using agency or personal vehicles as needed.
• Document shift notes and use electronic records per funding requirements.
• Assist with meals and household chores to support independence.
• Maintain confidentiality of persons served and staff information.
