Job summary

Support Solutions is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Jackson, TN, working Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekends possible. The role includes personal care, daily living support, and helping individuals live self-directed lives in safe, supportive environments.

Weekly pay, a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of service for FT/PT hires, and a $300 referral bonus are offered. The job requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and write effectively.
• ECF staff must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Must meet background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily routines as outlined in the ISP.
• Provide person-centered supports to help individuals lead self-directed lives.
• Assist with community integration, documentation, and daily activities.
• Ensure safe transportation using agency vehicles or other transport.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow customer service standards.
• Attend trainings and document shift notes in electronic records.
