Job summary

Support Solutions Bolivar is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work Monday–Friday, 3PM–11PM, with weekends possible. The role involves assisting individuals with disabilities, promoting self-directed lives, and helping build daily living skills in a supportive home and community setting.

You will document progress, coordinate transportation, and follow program guidelines while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to read/write effectively.
• ECF staff must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Background checks and regulatory screenings required.
• Must meet all training requirements and keep training current.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and routines.
• Provide personal care and support to help achieve ISP outcomes.
• Coordinate transportation using company or public transport.
• Maintain documentation and electronic records as required.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.
