Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an End User Device Administrator to support end-user devices, PCs, printers, and software in Patchogue, NY. The role includes Windows 11 upgrades, Intune/Mobile Device Management, and hands-on user training with a strong focus on customer service.

The position is contract-based, onsite in Patchogue with a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• The shift will be a 35 hour work week Sunday - Thursday 11PM - 7 AM.
• Healthcare experience is a nice to have.
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one instructions and guidance to end users and the help desk.
• Communicate technical terms and MCIT policies in a service oriented fashion.
• Perform end-user device installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
• Manage PCs, printers, and related peripherals; coordinate with IT teams.
• Document problem solutions and tool configurations for end users.
• Close tickets within service level agreements and log journal entries in the ticket system.
• Support rollout and upgrade of software and hardware in the end-user environment.
