Job summary

Sephora U.S. is seeking an Evening Supervisor for the Distribution Center to lead the day-to-day operations from Monday to Friday evenings. Focus on planning tasks, supervising a team, and driving productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping to meet daily goals.

You will coach associates, set expectations, and communicate clearly while upholding Sephora values and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Strong leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with store systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a DC department on the evening shift.
• Plan work to meet timelines and supervise associates for productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Inspire and coach associates; set clear expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure safety practices and engagement within Sephora values.
