Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
• Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels
• Ensure 24/7 operations and hardware logistics are managed efficiently
• Manage Large Scale Events (outages) and act as call leader
• Maintain on-call schedule and improve data center workflows
