Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or production environments

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage data center tickets and staff across locations as needed
• Lead a diverse team of data center operation professionals and develop career paths
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations including shift coverage and hardware logistics
• Drive operational KPIs, process improvements, and customer experience
