Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager in Greencastle, PA to oversee daily operations and account management for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role requires leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned area.

Responsibilities include shaping customer satisfaction, staffing and scheduling, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Strong MS Office and logistics knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
