Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift/team logistics.
Be accountable for site KPIs and performance with the customer.
Collaborate with customer across operations to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular progress reviews, coach and recognize team performance.
Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
Perform performance evaluations and process improvements.
