Responsabilités

• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports; ensure staffing and training.
• Create and improve location processes; cross-train CLS/CLC.
• Oversee KPI tracking, customer satisfaction, and staffing for transportation management.
• Drive retention and reduce overtime; track safety reporting and incident follow-up.
• Initiate process improvements and assign accountability.
• SOX invoice reconciliation and revenue recognition where applicable.
