Job summary

Pratt is seeking a 3rd Shift Corrugator Supervisor to lead a crew of 7–14 in the corrugator operation, ensuring safe, efficient production with minimal waste.

The role reports to the Plant Manager, works 8:30 pm–4:30 am, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, and offers a salary range of $71,000–$79,000 per year plus monthly gainshare.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of supervisory experience; corrugated industry experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 7–14 employees in corrugator operation.

• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings.
• Coordinate with maintenance and plant management on repairs.
