Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment balancing safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 employees focused on safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Monitor production, quality, and efficiency to meet goals and minimize waste.
• Coordinate production activities, staffing, and shift communication for reliable operations.
• Partner with Maintenance to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of roll stock and corrugator supplies to support production.
• Address production issues, quality concerns, and employee performance promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate goals, safety expectations, and updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
