Job summary

Pratt is seeking a 3rd Shift Corrugator Lead to oversee production on the corrugator line. You will lead the team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and adjust operations in real time to meet targets.

The role requires experience in corrugated manufacturing, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekend/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is essential.
• Good work history is required.
• At least 6 months of experience on the dry end of the corrugator, and/or Doublebacker Operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production to meet or exceed quality, efficiency, and output targets and communicate standards to the team.
• Proactively identify quality concerns and report issues to the Corrugator Superintendent and Plant Superintendent; help define and implement guidelines.
• Manage inventories of rollstock and corrugator supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Assist with training and development of corrugator employees, promoting cross-training.
• Foster a high-morale department with fairness, confidentiality, and employee well-being.
