Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Converting Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of 2–30 operators in producing quality corrugated products in a safe, productive manner.

You will supervise daily operations, maintain standards, train staff, coordinate with maintenance, and drive safety and waste reduction initiatives. Two years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; corrugated industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years prior supervisory experience.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 2–30 people in daily routine of producing corrugated products.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management.
• Cross-train employees in key positions.
• Coordinate with supervisor and Maintenance Superintendent on repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and enforce corrective actions.
• Communicate with upper management about department performance and issues.
• Implement company policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment.
