Pratt Industries in Oklahoma City seeks a Corrugator Supervisor to lead a team of 8–10 on the second shift. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance and other departments to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with corrugated experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage a fast-paced operation.

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment balancing safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 employees focusing on safety and teamwork.
• Monitor production, quality, and efficiency to meet goals and reduce waste.
• Coordinate staffing and shift communication to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory of roll stock and corrugator supplies.
• Address issues promptly and communicate goals and updates to the team.
• Lead regular meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
