Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to drive maintenance excellence across our fulfillment and manufacturing centers. You will lead diagnostics, manage complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure continuous operation of conveyors, equipment, and grounds to support on-time order processing.

You will use advanced troubleshooting, PLC/drive technology, and CMMS platforms to optimize performance, safety, and uptime in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting with NEC compliance understanding.
• Hands-on motor controls troubleshooting with PLCs, VFDs, soft starts, servo drives, and I/O devices.
• Fabrication skills to support repairs and modifications of facility assets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn CMMS systems and graphical interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics with Facility Technicians and Operations to resolve complex issues.
• Attend daily production meetings and advise Leadership on repair status and priorities.
• Ensure reliable operation of fulfillment and manufacturing assets to support on-time order processing.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve maintenance tracking and operational insight.
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and records retention per standards.
