Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve conveyor systems and material handling equipment in our warehouse environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conveyors, can independently troubleshoot and repair, and works safely to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, distribution, or warehousing experience.
• Experience with conveyor systems and maintenance troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools and document work electronically.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document findings per procedures.
• Assist with installation and modification of conveyors and related equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and communicate repair status to leadership.
