Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance and operation of fulfillment and manufacturing centers. You will lead technicians, troubleshoot advanced mechanical and electrical systems, and drive reliability of facility assets, conveyors, and grounds to sustain high-throughput performance.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with Operations, adherence to safety standards, and independent execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyor, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and NEC compliance knowledge.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External I/O Devices.
• Fabrication skills to repair/modify facility assets.
• Proficiency with CMMS and reporting software.
• Minimum 5 years related experience or education in Material Handling, Manufacturing, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and/or Installation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with both technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in facility and equipment.
• Lead and communicate with the Operations Team and technicians.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and NEC compliance in all activities.
• Operate conveyors and manufacturing equipment and PIT safely.
• Maintain building and grounds to support operations.
