Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Controls Engineer for the Glendale, AZ facility on a 2-2-3 night schedule. You will diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues, support safety and throughput improvements, and mentor maintenance staff.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in high-speed manufacturing automation, and familiarity with Allen-Bradley controls and FactoryTalk HMIs. Relocation assistance is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering tech/related discipline.
• 4+ years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
• Experience with automated production, conveying, packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for production equipment.
