Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controls Engineer for the Glendale, AZ facility on a 2-2-3 night rotation (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage lines, mentoring maintenance staff and supporting plant-wide automation improvements.

Requires 4+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI/VFD troubleshooting, and the ability to read electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming experience on high-speed production lines.
• 4+ years in industrial automation or controls in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and industrial-network issues.
• Develop and execute automation projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Maintain controls documentation and backups; participate in equipment changes.
