Qualifikationen
- Associate degree or equivalent in automation/engineering tech.
- 4+ years in industrial automation in high-speed manufacturing.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for production, processing, and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and industrial-network issues.
- Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
- Lead controls upgrades, commissioning, and new installations.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
