Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks an experienced Manufacturing Controls Engineer for a Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage lines, serving as the on-shift controls expert to support operations and reliability.

The role requires a 12-hour night rotation (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), with relocation assistance available and a 100k–130k base salary plus a 20% target bonus. This is a salaried, on-site position focused on plant-floor automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial automation experience on high-speed production lines.
• Hands-on PLC programming; write/modify ladder logic.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls expert for automated processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC/ HMI/ VFD and network issues to restore production.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
