Job summary

Peet’s Coffee Inc. is seeking a Production Technician – Roaster to operate roasting and grinding equipment, monitor roast profiles, and uphold quality and food safety in a fast-paced facility in Minnesota. You’ll work on the 3rd shift, collaborating with teammates to meet daily production schedules.

You will taste and evaluate roasts, participate in cuppings, and pursue opportunities to grow your technical roasting and production expertise. Health, retirement, and employee perks are offered.

• Maintain cleanliness and drive continuous improvement at your station.
• Participate in cuppings and sensory sessions to ensure roast profiles.
