Peet's Coffee is hiring a Production Technician to operate roasting, grinding, or packaging equipment and help produce top-quality coffee. You will monitor quality, safety, and sanitation while supporting a 3rd shift schedule (11:30pm–7:00am) and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of hands-on production experience in a machine technician, machine operator, or production operations leadership role.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Basic proficiency in math, reading, and written communication
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate standard workplace systems

Responsibilities

• Operate roasting, grinding, or packaging equipment to process coffee per production schedule.
• Maintain workstation safety and food safety standards per GMPs, SSOPs, and Adverse Health Policy.
• Complete Quality Control Point monitoring tasks and quality assurance records for the workstation.
• Record production data and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and facility.
• Assist in training new team members and support overtime/weekend shifts as needed.
