Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC operator for a fully onsite role at our Franklin County facility. The position sets up and operates CNC machinery within a cell, following safety protocols and standard work instructions.

The selected candidate will start at no less than $23.66 per hour with pay increases during an 18-month training period. Third shift runs 8pm–6am with a $2.75/hr differential. HS Diploma or GED is required, plus 6–9 months of on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 to 9 months on-the-job training or related vocational training required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of SPC and quality processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machine and related equipment in the cell.
• Mount, align, and secure tools and fixtures on machines.
• Stop machines to change tooling and load/unload parts safely.
• Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to spec with precision tools.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for faults or wear.
