Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an CNC machine operator for a full-time, onsite role with a Sunday night to Wednesday night shift (8pm–6am). Starting pay is at least $23.66/hour, with a $2.75/hr shift differential for 3rd shift and increases based on performance during training up to 18 months.

Safety and quality are emphasized in daily duties. Candidate will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery, perform tool changes, inspections, and preventive maintenance, while adhering to Standard Work and

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
6 to 9 months on-the-job training or related vocational training program required.
Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
Able to read specifications and use precision measuring instruments.
Committed to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines and related equipment in the assigned cell.
Mount, install, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces using hand tools and precision instruments.
Stop machines to change tooling or adjust setup per machining sequences.
Move finished parts using hoists or cranes as needed.
Measure dimensions with precision instruments to ensure specifications.
Listen for tool wear or vibration and adjust machines to maintain quality.
Maintain and safely use assigned machinery and tools; follow Standard Work.
