Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC operator to set up and run machines in a dedicated cell. The role starts at not less than $23.66/hour with increases during an 18-month training period. Third shift is 8pm–6am, with a $2.75/hour shift differential for those hours.

Responsibilities include maintenance, reading blueprints, following standard work, and ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic production environment. HS diploma or GED required, 6–9 months of training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 to 9 months on-the-job training or related vocational training required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC machine and all other equipment in the assigned cell.
• Fully responsible for preventive maintenance and proper usage of machinery, tools, and components in the cell.
• Follows Standard Work instructions and makes programming and mechanical adjustments.
• May move between cells at supervisor's discretion.
• Adheres to all safety and health standards.
• Participates in Kaizen events and seeks to continuously improve work processes.
• Ability to perform next job above and below in the value stream.
