Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills for EMR documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Team member will maintain hospital-based certifications and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
• Record vital signs, intake/output, daily weights, and other data in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Maintain stock in nursing area and ensure patient safety and comfort.
