Advocate Health Care is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff on the Med Surg unit. You will assist with daily patient care, monitor vitals, document in EMR, and help with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Shift is 2300-0730, 40 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays; BLS certification within 45 days; GED/HSED or High School Diploma required; Nurse Aide in good standing as per State Registry.

Formación

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing as indicated with the State Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Assists RN with daily patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Measures and documents blood pressures, temperatures, pulse and respiration.
• Documents in the EMR and communicates observations to RN.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge under supervision.
