Job summary

Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, MD seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant for our Observation Unit. You will perform vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support registered nurses in delivering compassionate care.

Requirements include Maryland CNA license, successful CNA program completion, and BLS. This is a full-time night-shift position with weekend rotation and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a CNA program and CNA exam required.
• Maryland CNA license active and on state registry.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Follow care plans established by RN.
• Assist in safe patient care delivery and report equipment issues.
